Great way to end our weekend. Lovely old hotel, welcoming and exceptional staff, favourable location down to the river. Exceptionally comfortable beds and climate control, tea and coffee making facilities, and a sitting area. Location so close to other restaurants, and The Lyme Art Association Gallery and Cooley Galleries. And minute walk from Lyme-Old Lyme High School.

We had a fantastic weekend escape from the big city. The hotel's location, with a scenic river behind and many old large trees, added to the peaceful atmosphere. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast with its mini croissants and frittatas. The staff was attentive and welcoming, making our stay even more memorable.
Nothing not to love.
